 The student Union government (SUG) of plateau state university bokkos  arm of legislature led by the speaker  Rt Hon.timsel fannap.want to notify the management, stakeholder,students and the general public that the students Union president comrade kaze Peter Arin and the treasurer Gift manje  are being impeached while  the financial secretary makwin mahan Have being suspended pending investigation.

According to press statement released by the parliament arm  of students union government of plateau state university bokkos, dated on 9th November 2023 said their decision to impeached the president and treasurer was very necessary in order to ensure accountability and transparency of the institution. they further said they need to keep records straight and  need more clarification the following  were charged against the president

1 the president print receipts without their consent and failed to account for it.

2 the president approved loan to an individual account up to the sum of #100,000 which he also failed to account for and did not remit up to date.

3the treasurer withdrew money for her personal used without the consent of the parliament.

4 the president withdrew the sum of #200,000 without any explanation.

5 the president is not straight forward as he took decision alone.
